Conversations Over Tea is an ongoing series of interviews between our founder, Rose Goodman, and people who inspire her.
with Jennifer Partridge
Jennifer Partridge is a life coach and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) practitioner who has led motivational tapping workshops around the world. Her signature offering, Dream Awake Tapping, has been called “Tony Robbins meets tapping” and aims to empower all participants to fully step into their untapped potential.

What are some of the most rewarding aspects of being a teacher of EFT for you?
Seeing people transform. Seeing people heal really deep emotional childhood trauma and watching them change and light up when they recognize that it’s working.
What choice points led to where you are today?
Grounding. Before really bringing this work out in a more potent way, I was traveling a lot and having a lot of fun traveling the world. I decided to change that flow, that pattern in my life, and focused on really building my work with EFT as a business.
Do you have any advice for women starting out as entrepreneurs in wellness?
Recognizing that wherever you are is the perfect place to start. Even if you haven’t figured everything out, even if you’ve still got healing to do, even if you’ve still got things that haven’t been completely clarified, starting with what you’ve got and being real about where you’re at. That draws people closer to you because people recognize the authenticity of it.
What are some or your favorite self-care rituals?
I definitely love taking baths. Getting body work, writing in my journal, meditating, doing yoga, and just being in nature. Being under the stars feels like I’m taking care of myself because I’m tapping into something much more expansive.
What is your dream or your vision for the future of wellness?
My dream is that people around the world gain access and knowledge on how to take care of themselves emotionally because that leads to physical health. There’s a lot of searching going on and with that there can also be a lot of giving your power away, even to healers. My dream is that we all recognize that we can heal ourselves and have the tools within ourselves to transform.
