PRE + POST SPIRIT SOAK RITUALS
Dry brushing daily has been an essential ritual for me for quite some time now. As optimizing my lymph health and keeping it moving, flowing, and detoxing is a very large part of my continued healing journey with Lyme, along with helping to ease the genetic methylation issues I have, which make detoxification a bit tricky. I’ve waxed on and on about my favorite dry brush from LIVING LIBATIONS for a few years now. And I always use their Lymph+Tonic in combination with their Energy Brush, with bronze, zinc + copper bristles help to increase negative ion absorption. Plus it feels amazing + invigorating on the skin, while still being gentle enough not to cause irritation like so many dry brushes can.
I follow a full body dry brush with a hot or cold SPIRIT SOAK botanical infusion in the DEEP EARTH or SKIN LOVE blend, or a combination of the two. After a long soak, instead of drying my body off, I follow up with a full body self massage with PETAL+GREENS SKIN ILLUMINATING SALVE to further infuse the herbs and to enhance circulation even more.
